It was quite a journey with NDA, they have helped me by ensuring that I become debt free. The things I was not happy with NDA is the lack of due diligence and selfishness. By lack of due diligence they did not verify my accounts balances with the creditors. By selfishness, when negotiating the repayment terms with creditors they did not prioritise me as their clients but rather themselves as company. They pushed for long repayment terms, I guess the reason was for them to maximise their profits, sadly that is done to a client whom is already overburdened which is unfair.
