It just takes the right person...

I would like to commend Simiso Mfeka in taking up my cause and dealing with it speedily and professionally.

A while back I had an unresolved issue with a financial institution that according to NDA I had paid up but according to the institution in question, I had not.

I requested certificates of balance through NDA of all accounts that I have been paying and was told I would have it in 3-5 working days. 14 days later, I had no response from NDA. When contacting them, I was lead to believe that the issue was not on NDA's side but on those to whom I owed money NOT returning the requested information. I was dismissed by the Customer Services Agent and told they will get back to me. The truth of the matter was that the CSA had actually simply not done the work. I lambasted NDA on their Facebook page which finally created the response I required. Simiso contacted me and we went through the whole situation step-by-step. Within 2 days I had concrete feednack on my outstanding balnces and the assurance that the CSA I had dealt with was being investigated. On day 3 there was an outcome on the disciplinary process and I had the information I required thanks to Simiso's diligence. Although my one matter is still in the process of being resolved, I appreciate the degree of transparency being employed and being kept in the loop every step of the way. Thank you Simiso for being the example of what Customer Service SHOULD be in our country!
