INCOMPETENCE, DISHONEST AND RUDE!!!

This is such an inconvenience. I finished my debt review period month-end October 2018 and until today my UNDER DEBT REVIEW flag has still not been removed from my profile. I didn't know this until I tried to apply for credit and got declined because the UNDER DEBT REVIEW flag still appears on my credit profile. I called the TransUnion Customer Service to inquire about my credit status and I was told that the flag still reflects on my credit profile because they had communicated with you to please update your DHS System to the correct status code (NO LONGER OVER INDEBTED NOTICE) and apparently it wasn't. This was communicated to Lubabalo Sheperd who didn't do it. Upon realizing this I contacted my Debt Advisor Judith and was responded to by Zukiswa Londzi who is the rudest of all people there. She has no empathy towards me even though I am inconvenienced by their company. I had a lot of trust in your services NDA but after this, I no longer do and word of mouth is a B#@%&H!
