Im really confused is NDA going to help or they just want to drag my name into mud

Im really surprised i app**** for debt counseling with NDA so that they help me to get out of this mess as im overindebted they promised that they have counselled the debit order with my creditor and they told me that for the first 3 months i will be paying aR2100 to them for the service, here comes my creditors debiting my account and them As NDA debiting my account my pay is only R6800 my creditor wants R3205.07 and NDA wants R2100 how am i going to survive this
