I was promised numerous times that I will be contacted by my file handler and I’m still waiting. No email no phone call. I am very frustrated by this service because debt collectors are call me. NDA is not communicating with them. I find myself doing this for my self to try and save my credit score but it kepts going down . Wonga or nimble I still harassing me since June… it’s now October. Please do your job. I’m paying you for it
