I WAS MISLEADED BY JAYDE(TEAM LEADER)

I received a phone call advising me that they can help me to settle my accounts but i told them i want to see how much i will be paying first before i can commit. When I was dealing with Jayde(Team Leader) who claimed to be a manager he said he can only be able to tell me how long I will be paying if i accept the instalment of R2500 then a week later when I phoned jayde to cancel he said no problem he is sorting it , I phoned him again the following month he said it is still in a process until they managed to take one instalment after 6 months and Jayde were no where to be found. I then contacted them they said this is unrevrseable. Jayde never returned my emails from there and all incompetency people there are giving me any assistance there.
