I want the DR flag removed

I would like to know, if you submit a proposal to the creditor and it is declined, how can one still be flagged.

From what I know is that when the debt review application is not in place with a court order it can be removed, as it has not made it to court. Yet you are refusing to remove the flag, which is unfair and after your company flagged me without a court order. I want that flag removed because you did nothing for me other than taking my money and also not doing anything.
