I NEED MY SETTLEMENT LETTERS FROM NATIONAL DEBT ADVISORS

I settled ALL my creditors end of September 2022 & didn't miss a single payment but today in 2023 January I'm still struggling to get my letters of settlement from the NDA. I have been waiting for 3 full months for letters and I always have to do countless follow ups with no way foward. I have mentioned to the NDA several times how I am being inconvenienced because I need to move out from my current property to another but I cannot do anything without the letters. This is really frustrating and unfair. I have submitted ALL info and documentation requested from me BUT still I have no letters. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE IM RECEIVING - WHY IS IT A STRUGGLE TO GET MY LETTERS???
