I had a bad experience when someone in NDA tried to ***** two months subscription. This took time to sort out before NDA acknowledged that I was up to date with subscriptions. At no stage did NDA admit that the problem had be caused from within their own admin. Secondly I was told that I would receive a clearance of debt certificate. This has not been sent
