I am very disappointed that i have not yet received and clearance certificates from this company and also no feedback as i was told I'm debt free but Nedbank hasn't been pain

I am very disappointed that i have not yet received and clearance certificates from this company and also no feedback as i was told I'm debt free but Nedbank hasn't been pain. I am not liable for this payment as i handed my accounts to your company to pay of my debts. Please can someone assist professionally.
