Hyphen PDA and National dept advisor

I got an email today stating that the debit order for December 2025 will be on the 2nd of December 2025. I never communicated this, no one phone or email me to discuss the date with me. I called to enquire why is the debit order set without my approval and I was told it’s what in your system and was told last year the debit order was on the same date which I went back to my records and checked and I found that the debit order for December 2024 was on the 13th of December. I was told that this will not be changed on your system there for you will debit and if it’s bounce back then they will debit again on the suggested date. Last time I asked when is the agreement ending and only to find it was extended with 2 years because of the same thing where you don’t communicate with the client and you just set a date then if these no funds you extend with the whole year which is unfair and ******* because you can’t extend with 12 months if the the payment is late with fewer days and you are at fault because you never communicated
