Great customer service by Haseena

I have to admit the overall experience became a bit frustrating until I dealt with Haseena. She really helped me alot to get my balances paid up. I am sure if I dealt with her from the beginning it would have been alot easier. I am very happy with the service I got in the end. Thank you.
