The agent did not disclose to me that I will be flagged and will not be able to apply for anything they only told me about saving money on my debt and low interest rate.
I sent email 4 cancelation emails and call them to do a cancellation over 7 time
I told them I want to cancel because for the past 2 day before they even went to the bank which is absa and after I told them not to continue with the application they still did
They are bad in the online web page they say you. Can cancel and get a fyned now they do not want to do a cancel they must give a fyne or let me be
The agent I called said they will transfer me the drop the call and call multiple time I am so angry

I will fight this this is not right I will report them everywhere they Muşt allow people to cancel as it’s been said in their website if not they must remove they said in their website.
