3 or 4 months ago I got contacted by NDA and they sold me their idea of assisting me with my debts by reducing them. As I was in a bit of a financial situation I decided to sign up with them. I then decided that I no longer need their services as the debt review will reflect badly on my credit score. I called them to cancel and then I was advised that since they had started with the admin I will need to pay a fee of R2190.00 and they will give me a letter confirming that I am no longer under debt review. on the 11th of October I deposited the amount they requested and my case was assigned to Rowhan whom I followed up with a few times regarding the letter but to no avail, worse of all my email address was blocked and my whatsapp was also blocked. I want to know when I will bee receiving my letter or otherwise I will contact the Ombudsman as this is clearly ***** and *********.
