Form 16 Application for Nokuthula Nkosi.

Good day

I previously reported the NDA on this platform and they responded, thank you. however i was asked to provide them with the proof of cancellation for the my vehicle and insurance so that they can take me off their system(proof that i am no longer indebted)as i wanted to apply for a consolidation with my bank and that cant be done for as long i still show under the program.

I have sent all required documentation and haven't received even an acknowledgment nor feedback and today marks the 4th day into the request. it cant take 4 days to send a form for me to fill.

NB! I will still come back to this platform if they don't remove me on their system or go to the Ombudsman.
