Find a better debt review company!

This is a company that will do everything in their power to get you as a client. Once your are and your a paying client. They don't care about you, they messed up my account twice even though i called in and told them this is what's going to happen in advance. long as they have your money they couldn't careless.

As a client we pay a service fee, so that the work can be done on your behalf. NDA had me running around to my debtors trying to get an update with my accounts, also they do not return calls nor to they keep up to turn around times.

Management of NDA is absolutely up to **** as they don't care about you as a client. i have asked for management to contact me, waited 4 weeks and nothing until i called them back swearing that's the only time i got to a manager and even then the attitude is ****ty, i would get more help talking to a wall !!!

Yes NDA has resolved my debt issue, but not without any stress on my part.

I am truly thankful to Wendy Ramba who assisted me but then got a promotion, i had much struggle after but finally Nabelia Davids assisted me and is still doing so. The service received from her is more that exceptional! i would suggest getting her in the management role maybe she will be able to turn around the ****ty service.

Overall NDA having such **** attitude towards their clients, there are those few agents that do care.
