Extremely Negligent and Uncaring – Still Waiting for My Clearance Certificate

I submitted my Request for clearance on 27 March 2025. Just over a month later, I am still waiting for my name to be cleared!

I am beyond frustrated with the poor service I’ve received from National Debt Advisors (NDA). I have been waiting far too long for my clearance certificate — something that should have been processed efficiently after I fulfilled my financial obligations. Instead, all I keep hearing is that NDA has a backlog. What about my life that’s been left in limbo?

This delay is affecting me in a very real and personal way, yet NDA shows no sense of urgency or accountability. They took my money, promised to help me become debt-free and rebuild my financial future, but when it comes time to actually deliver — especially with something as important as clearing my name with the credit bureaus — they disappear behind excuses and radio silence.

It’s not just a document; it’s my life and my future. And I know I’m not the only one facing this. The negligence is unacceptable. NDA clearly doesn’t care about the people they claim to help — they only seem to care about collecting payments. Once you're done paying, they leave you hanging.

I would not recommend NDA to anyone. They need to be held accountable for how they treat their clients.
