EXTREMELY BAD AFTER CARE SERVICE!!!

I have been with NDA since August 2014. In the beginning of September 2015 I had to complete additional forms for the court order as they said the regulations changed and they needed to get a local lawyer to do the court order. So in actual fact I do not know if there is one yet or not. I have been paying my instalment since September 2014 last year and have not skipped one yet. June this year one of the creditors wanted to get a court order against me as they have not received any payment. NDA says it is all resolved, but I am not getting any feedback with regards to the issue. The company still phone me for money and said that the account can never go back on debt review as it was cancelled.<br> <br> Some of my other account are now more than what I started with. The interest and penalties they are charging are much more than the instalments NDA is paying. I have phoned and complaint numerous times about this, but nothing is being done about this.
