Exceptional Service Received

A week ago I lodged a complaint of the service that I have received from a person at National Debt Advisors and I got assisted and contacted by Toshca Prins. I said to her as much as we complain about bad service we should give compliments where it is due. From point of contact very respectful and explained properly to the point where letters I've been struggling with I got in a day from the creditors. This is what we call customer service.
