Hi so my experience with NDA was not been bad at all there was a view cliches on my side as I could not afford to pay some months I have been on dept review for around 5 years now.

Once on there side they did not debit my account twice no communication what's so ever so I thought they are busy with it and sorting something out as I was told I should not worry once your on dept review they can't hassle you etc.

It's amazing how NDA can say they are here to help when I don't get feedback on what's going on every month I pay them to look after my account this is not the case .

On my statement it's states that I owe fnb R430 and that it well I got a email from fnb that they are going to take me to court if I don't payR2930 so I am like *** is going on.but my statement says otherwise I don't mind paying but I have asked multiple times for a statement from each of my creditors etc to this day I am still in the dark of what's going on this has been the most service I have ever received from any person and company the very company the says don't worry we have your back. If my statement says I only owe fnb and all my other account are sitting on R0000.00 the I can say this is great news but now they say I still owe how. How long does it take for someone to say we have a problem before we receive an email which I am totally unaware of this is absolutely bull ****. The service is absolutely pathetic .

No response after I have asked for what is rightfully mine a statement of what's going on instead I get an email with the amount close to R9k that I owe big difference between R430 and close to R9k.

Fnb when I phoned them said that I owe R2930 so *** all I have asked for is a statement of what is owing but that's just a big job for national debt advisor.

I should have never gone ahead with NDH shocking service from them.

The Mear fact that fnb sent a lawyer stating that I still owe them money. And I am totally unaware of this is absolutely pathetic.

Anybody that wants to use dept review please use another company not national debt advisor
