Dont trust National Debt Advisors

Im so unhappy, i requested National Debt Advisors to assist me, to pay them and finish my debt. Ive been with them for 3 years paying every month. They suggested insurance with them for in the case of retrenchment, i accepted and signed all the documents. So now retrenched and i phoned them they requested i send my retrenchment letter to them. So i did, few days later i phoned them and asked what happens now, do i get a confirmation on debt settled how does it work? They told me they see all the paper work with them on the system and that ive requested and signed the documents for insurance but its never been loaded on the system so sorry i still have to pay for everything. I asked them why in 3years time they never phoned me and telling me that theyve got all paperwork and so on but ive never paid for it they just say its not their fault they cant blame their own people. Now after almost 3 months now they tell me sorry they cant do anything. They dont phone me back they dont assist me and the one lady just said that i should have seen it on my statements. Theres a lot of things on the statement how am i suppose to know what is what, cause after all the documents where signed they phoned me stating the amount i will pay every month and i asked does that include everything and they said yes. Buy why in 3years time they never saw anything....they where suppose to help me .... ive left messages for them to phone me emails vit no one returns my calls
