Don't expect them to follow up with you

My last payment was in Jan, still waiting for clearance, they blame the providers for not getting back to them and put their hands in the air like it's not their problem. Terrible service, no ownership, no follow up unless I make a complaint. The last time I waited almost a month for a response, as soon as I made a bad review they rep**** to me instantly, after almost a month of silence. Really terrible service. Will never recommend this company to any one.
