Don't believe what you are told at the start of the program, it doesn't materialise once you done.

I'm done paying off all my creditors by myself after I realised this program was just a money making ****. I decided to renegotiate with my creditors myself and get a 17.w form from these people which was war to get that and now I'm struggling to get my clearance certificate from NDA after I was promised it will be available within 10days but now we almost a month in and it's all sorts of excuses including corona. I also found out that I'll have to wait another 21days after one day receiving that certificate, so it takes a day to get trapped in this sh%t but you get the run around to get out. So it's not true that you get a clearance letter as soon as you done paying off all your creditors, so don't believe that ***, these people make millions just because we stupid enough to believe their lies and too lazy to negotiate with our creditors ourselves.
