Just another indication of how much they "care" about their clients. No call, but the same "generic response" to each post where clients are expressing their continuous dissatisfaction. "Dedicated specialists! ... 5 years later after me calling, begging and emailing to resolve my query. No help, the NDA just went quiet because they knew they were at fault!
No need for I made my own way, where were you when I needed you. Many of us went through trauma due to financial hardship brought on by the 2019 epidemic, we were about to lose our houses, cars and assest. Along came NDA prideful of their values and promises. Little did I know it was a front, nothing more than lipservice.
