Do Better

I'm giving NDA a 2 star rating because my debt review should have finalized in November. They did not advise Hyphen to stop debiting me, and the I had to run around for paid up letters. As a result my debt review was only finalized in January 2023. I had an emergency and couldn't apply for an Overdraft on my account because the credit bureaus have not been advise. As a result, the hospital would not assiist us and said relative passed away.
