Dissatisfied

I am so disappointed, I have been struggling with my vehicle finance since I started with u guys. They have been deducting and are still, This month I paid u and they deducted. I called asking u guys to re work my payment with u so tgta I can rather pay myself as u are not getting anywhere with standard bank vehicle finance. I have not heard anything from Morne who said she will help.
