Disgusted Client.

I’ve requested a letter from my Debt counselor since Wednesday the 27th of September 2018. I’m still waiting for response from her. I’m so disgusted by the service I’m receiving Andre feel that they doing me a favor by helping me because I have to always follow up with them. They always say they will get back to me by end of business day but still I have haven’t received any feedback from them. I regret my decision of choosing them to manage my finances
