Disgusted

Pathetic company. Due to covid and losing my job I was quickly informed that I owe them a large sum of money. Years later in trying to sort out my debt review only, no calls or emails from them in all the years, I am again informed of this money I owe them. I pay the amount but they are unable to confirm receipt. Tell my new company that I must send the proof, which I already did to ***. I am apalled. No one is proud to go under debt review. This company shouldn't just assume the worst of you and treat you accordingly. With proper communication and assistance I could have been in a much better place alot sooner. Pleased to now have a new company assist me who have been brilliant but of course they are struggling with National Debt Advisors. DO NOT USE.
