DISGRUNTLED

Long story, short. I registered with NDADC in 2020. My monthly payments were reduced and a certain amount of funds were debited on my account each and every month and have never ever missed any payments. Last month was supposed to be the last month to pay and be debt free. I asked for my credit status and one of the consultants responded via email:

" Good Morning, I trust you are well Kindly be advised that our Customer Service Department is busy with getting all paid up letters and will send your file for clearance moment5 everything is paid Kind Regards"

To my surprise, one of the creditors sent me a letter stating that I owe them close to R8000. I thought the money that was deducted from the account was distributed accordingly. So this simply means that NDADC was not distributing some funds to the creditors as supposed to. Went back to my inbox to search for monthly statements from HYPHEN. R729 - R800 was deducted monthly. I send an email to one of the consultants asking for a consolidated statement but to no avail. So disgruntled with their services.
