YES STAY AWAY. THEY ARE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. I PAID UP MY DEBT WITH OUR SPECIFIC BANKS IN THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH. I HAD SENT THEM ALL THE POP BUT IT HAS TAKEN THEM THE WHOLE MONTH TO GET PAID UP LETTERS FROM THE BANKS INVOLVED WHICH I HAD TO DO FOR THEM. BUT STILL AT THE END OF THE MONTH, BECAUSE NO ONE BOTHERED TO CANCEL MY DEBT ORDER THEY HAVE TAKEN ANOTHER DEBT ORDER OFF. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 12 DAYS TO MAYBE GET ME MONEY BACK. The only thing I get told is sorry this is there processes, but if there own processes where followed than this wouldn't be a problem. Here is a ticket number that you can reference ***
