Disappointing Service and Lack of Support from DC Siphokazi

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from my Debt Counselor, Siphokazi, at the NDA. On March 11th, 2025, I informed the NDA of Standard Bank’s notice of termination regarding my debt review agreement, but since then, I have heard absolutely nothing from Siphokazi. Despite the severity of the situation, Siphokazi has not reached out to offer any assistance, leaving me in an incredibly vulnerable position.

Since the termination, I’ve been constantly harassed by debt collectors and threatened with legal action from Standard Bank. I am doing everything I can to avoid further legal trouble, but paying the amounts in arrears is simply beyond my means. What’s even more concerning is that when I reached out to the NDA for clarity on whether the agreement can be reinstated, they were unable to provide any answers, leaving me exposed to the risk of legal action and having my assets targeted.

The lack of support from Siphokazi has been alarming. Despite the NDA's promises of protection from creditors, I find myself without any real protection at all. The only person who seemed to offer any help was Jamie, but this only came after I escalated the issue due to Siphokazi’s complete lack of communication—no phone calls, no emails, nothing.

This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel completely let down by the service I’ve received. At this point, I’m left to navigate a very difficult situation alone, with no clear path forward. I can only hope that the NDA steps up to offer the support they claim to provide, as right now, I feel more at risk than ever.
