Disappointing Customer Service

Absolutely disappointing after sale service. You cannot get hold of anyone that can assist. All the numbers they provide leads to no where and the agents they have working for them have no telephone etiquette.My last resort was to email them with an account that has not been paid. I never received any acknowledgment email nor did anyone contact me to find out what my issue was. Instead I received an email advising my query has been attended to and is closed. How is it possible that my query be closed when no one attended to it? This is not the 1st time this has happened since join NDA. Highly disappointed and stressed. Most disappointing service I have received. I want to come out of this nonsense. I never was behind in payments, only after NDA took over I am now late with payments. Can someone please contact me to advise further. I want to come out of it
