Disappointing company

Hi i normally would not write stuff about people or businesses but my experience with national debt advisors is the start wad so quick to get you in their pockets i have never skipped or bothered anyone in this company i wanted to know how long i still needed to be paying nobody could clarify this or give me an answer which in my opinion is hard to understand as they have been deducting every month on the specific date with no hassels and i have been asking from October and still no answer just postponing everytime but do not dare to stop the debit order then they are quick to respond if anyone want to get involved with them think twice or even think more than that i can not describe my frustration about this i am so sorry i ever in my life got unvolved with them so people who read this review please be cautious i would not want anyone to sit with the same problem as me days goes by without any feedback or assistance only resolved tickets and its December and now i still have to wait fir any assistance this is not customer satisfaction at all im beyond disappointed theres not even a word i can think of i am just so sorry i ever got involved with them
