Disappointed customer, waiting over 25mins and still no answer

Hi my name is Veroshen Reddy, we was on NDA i have manually freed up my accounts. Trying to get hold of them is virtually impossible sitting over 25mins being 1st inline to be answered! Does it take that long? I need a clearance certificate so i can now be removed out of the system as im debt free. Its easy to convince people to come over but the after sales of many companies are disgusting! Some of us are trying to be debt free but yourl want to hold us still on debt!
