Disappointed

I used NDA everything went well till the end I now have Absa harrassing me for money and have never received a clearance certificate. NDA say ABSA never disclosed everything owing yet I paid two separate Absa accounts and only had two accounts with them. I've emailed NDA numerous times as I do not feel this is my fault and they say there's nothing they can do . So I'm blacklisted yet I went to NDA to avoid this and to settle all outstanding debts..... Disappointed
