disappointed

Hi my name is Zanele and im so so so so so so dissapointed in this company. I went to them loking for help and i chose them out of a thousand companies. All was good as i started the process and came to an agreement of an installment thats gonna go off from my account every month and i signed evrything and all was good to go. The debit date came and the agreed amount was deducted and to my suprise the following day i get a message that i have to increase the agrreed installement with almost 3000. thats my whole salary and i still have other things to pay after their installment like the car insurance and policies and i still have to pour petrol. I asked Letticia how do i go about cancelling this whole thing as it is not helping me at all and she gave me an email address that i need to send my request to cancell to. i did that and nothing is happening and no one is saying anything. My car and other account are not paid as they took my money. I sent an email to the lady that was assisting me from the start by the name of Zainup and she didnt even bother to come back to me. I just want my name cleared from the debt review process and ill make arrangements on all my other account. i need a letter or something that shows that im cleared. this is not right because we come to you to get financial freedom not giving us more stress. I would not recommend this company to any one i know as im not happy with the service. No feedback nothing.
