Did not help at at all

I was feeling trapped in my debt and was looking for help. I had 2 payments per month that was giving me a hard time to keep up. My vehicle for somewhere to the value of R200k and my Credit card somewhere to the value of R20k at the time I signed up, they were only able to save me R400 per moth on my payments which at the time was better than nothing. Littile did I know nor was I informed that reconstructing the repayment terms on my vehicle costed me R89k! almost half the worth of the vehicle which now mean I would be paying for this debt for soo much longer now, actually mortified when I found this out, it was not worth the R400 saving. I even feel inclined to write to the NFOSA regarding not disclosing this. Surely regret signing up.
