*********, bullies, that do not follow through on clearing their wrongful actions

They went ahead with a debt review after I had asked them to put it onto hold till the Friday. We cancelled the review and the bureau's have to date not been updated. I have sent several emails and have received no feedback to my inquiries to our names having been cleared and the bureaus being updated. Service is poor and they are bullies, they do not give you answers to your questions and they use ********* tactics to convince you to proceed with the debt review. Not a company I would recommend to help anyone in the future.
