Debt review removal

I sent all the necessary documents that needed to remove my name from debt review as I no longer indebted and I have no accounts at all. And funny enough no help from anyone there I tried calling and sent several times sent e mails and they keep telling me I haven't sent any documents.

I just don't know what to do anymore I so wish I get the same attention I got when I joined. When you get out you are on your own.
