Debt review however I am still paying my own debts and also paying them at the same time.

I filed under debt review. The company updated my status and told me that my debits have been canceled and I will be paying them a certain amount that they will distribute to my creditors. I signed every document and was sent copies showing me that debits have been canceled. All My creditors took their money. Then they said that NDA did not send the proper documentation indicating the cancelation of my debits and therefore they are liable to be debiting me. Now I have paid all my debts and NDA still wants to take the money we agreed upon to distribute to creditors. I asked them which creditors they will be distributing to because my creditors have taken the money and I have nothing now. They are telling me I may or may not receive refunds for this. They have ****med me bad.
