******** debt review handling & incorrect PDA Debits

My experience with National Debt Advisors has been extremely disappointing. My debt review application was handled incorrectly from the start. The Form 17.2 they issued contains contradictory and invalid information, yet a PDA was still activated and money was deducted from my account without any court order or proper acceptance of my debt review.

My attorney also confirmed that no Section 86 court application was ever filed, which means the deductions were ********. My credit profile was updated incorrectly and NDA has not given a proper explanation or proof of any lawful debt review process.

I have now escalated this matter to the NCR and I am demanding my full refund immediately, as the funds were taken without legal authority. I simply want my money back and my credit profile corrected.
