Debt review

I was contacted by National Debt Advisors agent regarding the services they provide, so I was told to provide them with my expenses so that they could check if I qualify for their services. I then received another call from them informing me that I qualify, but I could not agree with their terms and I was told to pay an administration fee of which I paid, and to my surprise when I want to access my credit account my bank informed me that I was under debt review. I then contacted the National debt Advisors to complain about the issue they informed me that they do not have authority to change my status the only thing I could help me with was Form 17. 2 of the rejection. I emailed the NCR since I could not get hold of them telephonically, they informed me that National Debt Advisors are the ones that suppose to contact them on my behalf
