Debt Review Cancellation

Hi Please can you assist hence I have cancel the debt review program and I have requested the letter of debt review cancellation from the 25th January 2015 and I have not receive it till today. I have paid the cancellation fee of R2475 AS PER CONTRACT agreement. I urgently need to advise my creditors that I have opt out from the debt review program so they can change the status on my loans and arrange the debit order. According to the contract with National Debt Advisors they are the ones who suppose to inform my creditors with regards to my opting out from the Debt review program and now that is not happening, Please assist.
