Debt review

I canceled with them the very same year I asked them to help me, which is 2016 after I saw they're not helping me settle my debts but taking a lot of money from me. I paid my debts myself and even paid them the money they said I owe them for canceling the contract but on my credit report still says that I app**** for debt review and still in the process even after 5 years and I am only left with one debt out of the four I had.

Hoping my reply finds you well,
I'm still waiting for the response as I have asked for your help regarding my credit report status which has flagged me as app**** for debt review for over 5 years now. My life is stucked because of this, Most of my debts are fully paid by now of which I did myself after making arrangements with my creditors.
Please assist me clearing my name.
