Debited without sigNing consent forms

Early in the year i was contacted by Quanita a senior consultant and i agreed that i had too much debt and gave her my personal information that she an get an estimation of how much I'd pay.She later told me it will take 5 years to pay of which I told her I cannot agree to the terms but she continued to send me documents via email i did not sign any documents but now they debited my account with R1600 and i still owe my creditors,I contacted Quanitaany times to Roveyne from the process but she refused and she has cut my calls many times,she doesn't answer my whatsapp messages.I have been getting statements from Hyphen and this issue gives me sleepless nights as I want my financial freedom back and it's accumulating unfair debts for me while the company should be giving people financial freedom it seems to be putting me under financial imprisonment.I would like my name to be cleared from this process ASAP
