debit without signed documents

<p>i was contacted by one of the consultants and i agreed that i had too much debt and gave my personal information. they sent me the documentents and i later realised that the repayment term is going to be very long for me and i can rather pay my creditors what i can afford at my own terms. i did not sign any documents but now they debitted my account with R3500 and i still owe my credittors. how could you do that? i need a refund on that R3500 ASAP.</p>
