It has been, a very bumpy excursion with NDA with lot of inconsistencies, a lack of due diligence and incomplete information sharing with clients regards to Debt Review process. Some of the repayments terms, negotiated by the debt counsellors are a *******. There's an insurance fee charged to clients and there's no explanation, of how the insurance work, the terms and conditions of the insurance are only known by the NDA debt counsellors. The customer service center cant explained any details of the insurance. None the less at the end, i have managed to complete the marathon.
