Customer Service Excellence still exists

I would like to highlight Kyle’s exceptional services rendered to myself during a challenging time with one of my creditors who was extremely *********** and caused some very stressful situations due to their incompetency. I will be the first to state that I am a very demanding individual when it comes to communication of matters / progress especially when it relates to financial matters - Kyle handled the matter like an absolute superstar ensuring that he consistently kept me updated, chased the relevant stakeholders continuously to ensure that the matter was being reviewed and addressed and kept me updated consistently throughout the process. He displayed extensive maturity in his emotional intelligence and ability to handle unpleasant conversations in a manner that was both firm but respectful and empathetic. I am the Head of Operations within a contact centre space and will state that Kyle is an asset and certainly someone that I would want my Brand Ambassadors to mimic. I can carry on for a while however I think I have communicated the main point and that would be that Kyle was an absolutely amazing individual during this trying time and I would like his amazing efforts to be recognized.
