Spoke a lady named Mushfeeqah this morning who called me once an I was busy on another called at the moment, requested her to call me back, and she was very proficient in assisting me me an explaining why she was calling me.

She was also very clear in explaining me the process on the reason of her call and explained to me very well in detail to make sure I understood what she was saying.

With that being said I feel much more comfortable in knowing what is currently happening
