Client service blunder

So. We have been on debt review for less than a month. We had an opportunity to settle our accounts within this timeframe.

When signing up you get calls, emails, sms' and whatsapp messages on a daily basis. But now that I want ro remove myself from debt review, I have to call every single day to enquire about what is going on. I receive no feedback from their side. And when I do, different employees have different stories.

I am disgusted with their client services. When signing up they can not wait to take your money but when you want to remove yourself they have a million stories and no 2 employees stories match up.
